At this time, InGym™ does not directly bill insurance companies.
InGym™ will work with each family, on a case by case basis to bill insurance for future visits. Families are responsible for their own insurance reimbursement and authorization for initial visit. Appropriate documentation is available upon requests. A super bill will be provided with appropriate CPT codes and ICD 10 diagnosis code for submission to insurance carriers.
Why
InGym?
- InGym is a therapeutic developmental gym that provides occupational therapy and fitness sessions for kids with unique needs. Our clinical team will constantly be observing your child and dynamically adapting activities to ensure alignment within their treatment plan, while building rapport and exhibiting high levels of patience and empathy through each session
- We are very play-based and utilize treatment strategies that motivate your child by building on the strengths they currently have, understanding their challenges, and meeting them halfway by promoting engagement in activities to improve function
- We believe patience is key to improvement, and whole body learning through gross and sensory motor play is the foundation to develop and improve on fine motor, visual motor, and social/executive functioning skills
- Please note that
we do not bill insurance directly, however our team is more than happy to help you get set up for insurance reimbursement. You are responsible for your own insurance reimbursement and authorization for your child's initial visit. We will provide you with necessary documentation upon request and a superbill will be provided with the appropriate CPT codes and ICD-10 diagnosis code for submission to insurance carriers
- Please note that the
frequency and duration of therapy sessions will be determined based on the results of your child's initial evaluation
